AEI INVESTMENT INDUSTRY is a Romanian-Swiss company, with private capital, that was created in 2013 and has investments in Romania with a total in excess of 10 million Euro. The investment plans of the company concern two segments. The real estate segment proposes 3 projects: luxury apartments for renting; a real estate project starting on April 2014 and ending on December 2015 - a project in which a complex of 130 apartments of 2 and 3 rooms will be developed in the west of the capital; a third project with 520 apartments starting on January 2015 that will be finalized by January 2017. The project will be located in the eastern part of the capital.

Additionally, the company has done investments in the industry sector, with a total in excess of 3 million Euro.
